The brief

Wilton Brass Band came to GWBrix at a difficult point. Their existing hosting provider was ceasing trading at short notice, leaving the band needing to act quickly to protect their website, domain and email.

As well as moving everything safely, this was also the right moment to modernise the band’s website. Their existing site no longer reflected the history, character and quality of the band, and they needed something clearer, more reliable and easier to keep updated.

GWBrix stepped in to manage the full transition — rescuing the domain, website and email setup, then using the opportunity to create a fresh website the band could be proud of.

What we did

GWBrix moved quickly to migrate the domain, website files and email accounts away from the old provider before services were affected.

Once the essentials were secured, we designed and built a new website that better represented the band, including their history, performances, contact details and booking information.
