We recently worked with Grant to move from a manual diary to a proper online booking system at Burton Hill Camping and Caravan Club, and honestly we wish we’d done it sooner. I was a bit unsure at the start as it felt like a big change, but Grant made the whole thing really straightforward. He talked us through everything, was always easy to get hold of, and came out to site whenever needed to make sure it was all working properly. It’s made a big difference day to day. Bookings are much easier to manage now and things run a lot smoother for customers arriving and leaving. Grant also sorted our web hosting which was all done quickly and without any hassle. He’s helped out with a few general IT bits as well when we’ve needed it, which has been really useful. We’ll be getting Grant to redesign our website next as well, which probably says it all. Grant was tasked with helping the company I work for with IT solutions and email migration to another provider. He worked this around times which suited my hectic schedule and even tied in with me on an evening which does not suit all but it was perfect for me. During one of our sessions I asked him if he could help with extracting photos and videos from my friends broken hard drive who sadly passed away a couple of years ago! He couldn't help to fix this but put me straight onto a friend of his who has successfully managed to obtain everything of that drive! This is something I can't put into words in terms of gratitude but I have never been so grateful for any service in my time! My friends Mum, Dad and Daughter will be in for a beautiful surprise when it arrives this week. I asked out of curiosity could he help my wife to build her small business and he has dedicated a lot of out of hours time to help with that! And she is now getting online orders for her natural dog treats. It is funny how people and services can cross paths! I will be grateful for the service and help that Grant has given to my work, family and friends and will continue to to tell anyone who is willing to listen that he is the Tech support guy that you need to use. Grant has helped me in two ways.  He fixed my wireless: I had a mesh solution covering two buildings which was knocked out in a storm.  His methodical approach got it back up and running saving me the expense of replacing the whole system.  Likewise his appreciation of the need to balance functionality and cost meant he sourced the right laptop for a specific application I wanted to use.
