The brief

Burton Hill Caravan & Camping Park came to GWBrix looking for help modernising the way bookings were managed.

Their existing process relied on a manual diary, which worked, but made day-to-day management more time-consuming than it needed to be. For a busy campsite, this meant bookings, arrivals, departures and general admin could quickly become harder to manage.

Moving to an online booking system felt like a big change, so it was important that the process was handled carefully, explained clearly and supported properly throughout.

Burton Hill needed someone who could not only help with the technical setup, but also provide practical support, visit site when needed and make sure the new system worked properly in a real campsite environment.

What we did

GWBrix helped Burton Hill move from a manual diary to a proper online booking system, making it easier to manage bookings and provide a smoother experience for customers.

The project included setting up and supporting the booking system, talking the team through how it worked and providing hands-on help where needed. GWBrix also attended site to check everything was working as expected and to support the transition from the old manual process.

Alongside the booking system work, GWBrix also helped with web hosting, website migration and general technical support, giving Burton Hill a more reliable setup and a trusted point of contact for future improvements.

The aim was to keep the process straightforward, reduce the stress of moving away from the old diary system and make day-to-day booking management easier.
